At Legendary Mobile Phlebotomy, we bring professional lab collection services directly to your home, workplace, or preferred location. We offer a wide range of mobile collections, including routine blood draws, specialty kits, drug testing (DOT and Non-DOT), DNA testing, and more.

All collections are performed by certified and experienced phlebotomists who follow proper protocols to ensure accuracy, specimen integrity, and timely delivery to the lab of your choice.

Please be prepared with all necessary paperwork, test kits (if applicable), lab orders, and valid identification at the time of your appointment.

All collections will include a mileage and processing fee in addition to the standard service fee. Rates may vary based on location, collection type, and urgency (STAT/same-day appointments may include additional fees).

Before Your Appointment

A representative from Legendary Mobile Phlebotomy will contact you 1–2 days prior to your scheduled appointment at the phone number provided to confirm the details and complete the scheduling process.

Your phlebotomist will confirm your availability and arrive within the scheduled appointment window. If there are any unexpected delays, we will reach out via phone.

Appointment Changes

• If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, please contact us directly by phone.
• For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, you may cancel online through our scheduling system.

If services are being provided at your workplace, please ensure a private room is available for the blood draw.

Certain tests (e.g., cholesterol, triglycerides, glucose) may require fasting.

• Fasting means no food or drink (except water) for 8–12 hours prior to your appointment.
• You may continue prescribed medications and should drink plenty of water unless instructed otherwise by your provider.
• Please follow any additional directions given by your doctor.

At Legendary Mobile Phlebotomy, safety is our top priority—for both our patients and our staff. To ensure a safe and professional visit, please review the following:

• All pets must be secured or placed in a separate room
• All weapons must be safely stored
• Household members must be fully clothed
• No one present should be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Collections should take place in a common area (e.g., living room) unless the patient is bedridden
• Minors must have a parent or guardian present
• Ensure there is adequate lighting
• Keep the entrance/exit doors unlocked while the phlebotomist is present

All Legendary Mobile Phlebotomy team members will be in company-approved scrubs and display a visible ID badge with their photo, first name, and company logo.

Assaulting a healthcare professional during their duties is a felony offense. Legendary Mobile Phlebotomy reserves the right to refuse service if safety protocols are not met.
